Hydrangea macrophylla 'Lemon Wave'

 

Hydrangea macrophylla ‘Lemon Wave’ is grown for its variegated foliage comprising dark green, serrate, obovate to elliptical leaves, irregularly blotched with patches of white, creamy white and lemon yellow.

Inflorescence: Large lacecap flowers, 170mm across


Introduced from New Zealand.

(The Shamrock Collection suggests 'Lemon Wave' is a synonym for 'Tricolor').

Size: Medium (to 1.5m).
