'Fuji-no-taki'

Hydrangea macrophylla ssp. serrata ‘Fuji no-taki’ is a spectacular flowering shrub when at its best. The pendulous double ray florets are striking.

Inflorescence: Lacecap, 240mm across. Unusual in that both the central complete flowers and the ray florets are double.


Bred by Katsumata Kazuyoshi, Japan, 1980.
Registered by ICRA in the name of Dan Heims, Terra Nova Nurseries, Canby, Oregon, USA in December, 2001.

Synonyms: H. macrophylla ‘Fuji Waterfall’, ‘Joi’.
