EARLY SENSATION

Hydrangea paniculata ‘Bulk’ is an early blooming variety. Suitable for borders, mass planting or training as a standard.

A result of crossing H. p. ‘Dharuma’ x H. p. ‘Pink Diamond’ (same parents as H. p. ‘Wim’s Red’). The trade designation EARLY SENSATION is confusing as there is an ‘Early Sensation’ in the H. m. Forever & Ever Series.

Inflorescence: 150 x 150mm across. Large upright flower panicles with white-colored sterile flowers that become red purple in colour in the late summer and autumn.


Bred by Rein Bulk, Boskoop, Netherlands in 1991.
